Cheadle practice
Our Cheadle practice was established over 50 years ago by the current owner's grandfather. It is a deceptively deep building and whilst many frames are on display in the front reception area there is also a dedicated frame room where spectacles can be tried on in peace and quiet at your leisure. We also have our own mini laboratory where many pairs of spectacles are manufactured by ourselves and can often be made at short notice for those unforeseen emergency situations, We source spectacle lenses from the world's major manufacturers to ensure we bring you the latest technological advances.

| Practice owner, Ian Ashworth (BSc MCOptom), divides his time between the two practices. He is in Cheadle, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. | Susan Parker has extensive experience in community optometry. Susan also has a role with NHS Stockport, providing clinical advice on the quality and provision of services in particular for eyecare. In addition she is a member of several working groups setting national standards for eyecare pathways and quality in optometric practice. Susan is in Cheadle on Tuesdays. |

Opening hours
Our Cheadle practice is open daily from 9.00am to 1.00pm and 2.00pm to 5.30pm except Wed & Sat from 9.00am to 1.00pm.
